Validate the asset levels of information based on the project Asset Information Delivery Plan (AIDP) rules.

 

Displays:

 

• Document Name - Click on any blue hyperlink to open the document. (Right-click or press centre mouse button to open in new tab).
• Attribute  - the information required field name
• Validity - % of data that meets the validation rules
• Required - the number of required fields
• Valid - the actual number of valid fields
• Invalid - the number of invalid fields
• View button  - opens a modal as detailed below​

 

Filter enables information in any column to be searched.

 

Column controls enable information to be sorted, hidden and filtered.

 

 

Click 'View' button to open the modal. The modal displays all the AIR's for the system which can be viewed by using the horizontal scroll bar at the foot of the modal.

 

Click on system name blue hyperlink to navigate to the system content editor page. (Right-click or press centre mouse button to open in new tab). 

 

From there you can access the equipment schedules which can be edited or commented upon.
