Why doesn't the progress lines start at the bottom left (0,0) of the chart?
When the Keyform commencement data was set up, the forms were immediately moved into a progress workflow step and therefore the system did not have a period of time to register a zero (0,0) point on the chart. I can see points on the progress lines and some are flat along the top of the chart.
The points indicates save events, either when a workflow step is changed or keyform information is changed and saved without moving the workflow step. Check out Forecast & Timeline article for more information.
