If your screen is set to a low resolution the right-hand Actions (task/comment) display screen will appear at the bottom.  To ease navigation, it is recommended that the resolution on the screen is increased so that the actions appear on the right side of the screen.  This applies to smaller devices like laptops, tablets or phones.
