Edocuments use Springboard to efficiently store, display, link and export all information. This reduces the time and effort in the management and delivery of information and increases accuracy.

Springboard is an online web-based system to store and host all building and services operational and maintenance information. It provides an integrated document viewer, search engine and auto-generated multiple views (e.g. asset registers, PPM schedules etc) of the building data.

The information is stored on a Highly Resilient Cluster within Microsoft Windows Azure Cloud & Microsoft SQL Azure database.

The system is fully data-driven enabling the information to be shared with other data-driven systems and provides:

  1. A central point for data input and verification, providing an audit trail.
  2. Ability to export data directly into other systems preventing the need for re-entry of data.
  3. A controlled method for managing changes to asset information.
