Asite file sync requires confirmation from Asite that it can add your project to the list of available projects that EDocumnets have permission to sync.

  1. Client to add Edocuments API user ([email protected]) to workspace in Asite
  2. Client to have their Asite Admin setup permissions for the API user as detailed in the following guidance.

Once this is configured a special user is added to your project so as to grant the necessary security.

Files are then synchronised using the EDocuments Platform standard configuration

To add a "sync form" to your document

  1. From the document editor page, right click on the tree menu, Select > Add > Blank form.
  2. Navigate to Integrations menu and select the Aconex Form, add a suitable title and press > Add.

Note:

Currently the maximum number of files that can be included in a single form is 999.
This limit is there to protect against server performance when loading the section into view and also when generating outputs.

NOTE: the A Site limit in a single View 250
