Edocuments Digital Handover Tools
EDocuments platform has the ability to connect to the Autodesk Construction Cloud !
Current EDocuments have two integrations:

- EDocs platform project reporting
3D Model Validation Reporting
Quickly detect data errors within models.
Essential if you are looking to output highly structured data (COBie) from your models.
EDocuments “Model Health Checker” app has been created to interrogate the data within your 3D models and validate them against a database of requirements. The checker produces a report that provides a simple overview of common errors that are typically found much later in the process and could result in costly rework.
EDocuments simple overview report can be embedded within a partner-card in the Autodesk ACC / BIM360 platform saving your users from having to log into another platform to view the “Model Health Checker” results.
EDocuments “Model Health Checker” extracts and structures all the data within a 3D model such as categories, families, types, instances, and attributes. The extracted data is then cross-checked with a database of attribute requirements.
With the extracted cross-checked data, you can then ask it questions such as:
- Do all assets that require an asset reference contain one?
- Are the product codes contained within the project AIDP?
- Are asset references unique?
The database of attribute requirements consists of rows of categories versus columns of attributes. This database provides us with the rules of which attributes are required for a given attribute. The database of attribute requirements is often better known as the LOI (level of information) or AIR (asset information requirements).
Additional layers of data can be added to the database of requirements for “stages” and “responsibility”.

EDocuments “Model Health Checker” will keep retesting a 3D model each time a new revision is uploaded to the Autodesk Portal.
The “Model Health Checker” requires a subscription to EDocuments platform which will contain your asset information requirements database including product and system classification tables plus look up tables for your project specific floors / spaces and much more.
The EDocuments platform can then be used to dynamically build a set of operation and maintenance manuals from your extracted cross-checked data.
