How do I fix an unknown error message?

If the platform displays an  “Unknown Error" or "Account not approved" message either at Login or within a Equipment & Materials Schedule. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset.

This issue can be caused by a setting on your PC, laptop or network. 

 

If you are using a Virtual Private Network (VPN) and/or Firewall please contact your Network Administrator asking them to whitelist the following endpoints.

 

Endpoints for Whitelisting 

 

Network administrators often deploy proxy servers, firewalls, or other devices, which can help secure and give control over how users access the internet, which can sometimes block or slow down legitimate business-related internet traffic. This traffic includes communications between you and the EDocs Platform via the URLs listed here. 

 

These are listed below and are dependent on which instance (Europe or Australia) of the application is being used.

Once your IT team has confirmed they have whitelisted the above address, try relogging in. If the problem persists please raise a ticket with Support for further investigation.
