The metadata must always be populated for both single and bulk uploads.

Select which guidance suits your needs:

  • Single file upload - Summary Schedule: uploading a single file using the drag and drop or file upload and completing the metadata.
  • Bulk file upload - Summary Schedule: adding multiple files using a Excel or Word format prepopulated with metadata and linking the files.
  • Single file upload - Files Lists: uploading a single file using the drag and drop or file upload, completing metadata.
  • Bulk file upload - Files Lists: adding multiple files using a Excel or Word format prepopulated with metadata and linking the files.

In some instances, the File block will have a pre-set file type requirement e.g. datasheet, O&M Manual, warranty etc, and will be indicated as Awaiting.

These requirements cannot be deleted, and if no file exists then you must select one of the following status codes from the file block editor.

  • Unavailable
  • Not applicable
