COBie workbook files can be imported into Edocuments Springboard to enable data to be validated, edited and enhanced.
Data can then exported into other formats such as asset registers, CAFM exports O&M manual product equipment and materials schedules or technical submittals.
Data can also be pushed into Revit/IFC models and Navis models created.
The COBie importer takes data from the following worksheets.
Floor, Space, Zone, System, Type & Component.
The data, once imported can be edited using the following features:-
