NAVIGATE to General Actions (Tasks and Comments)

If you have been set an General Action it will appear in a numbered orange circle in the main menu.

Click on the ORANGE CIRCLE icon to view your Actions and then Click on the row to navigate to the section.

The page with the Action will open in the main screen. 

There maybe more than one Action in this document for both you and other members of the team. These are indicated by numbered balls in the left hand menu or numbered red/blue tags on the main page. 

General Actions can be viewed in a number of ways (see Fig 02):

• The ORANGE CIRCLE in the top navigation bar lists all your Actions received/sent 
• CLEAR/ORANGE CIRCLE (your Actions/all Actions) in the document menu tree
• BLUE/RED ICONS (your Actions/all Actions) on the right-hand side of the page view screen

Click on any of these to view the Action. You will only be able to reply to your Actions.

Note: If your screen is set to a low resolution the right-hand task/comment display screen will appear at the bottom. To ease navigation, it is recommended that the resolution on the screen is increased so that the actions appear on the right side of the screen.
